My career has never followed a straight line, and that is exactly what makes me effective. I have walked into bank legal departments, government agency floors, semiconductor cleanrooms, server rooms, physical therapy rehab floors, dialysis centers, and corporate boardrooms, each time as an outsider who had to learn the domain fast, earn the trust of subject matter experts, and build training that held up under real-world scrutiny. The industry always changes. The learning design principles do not.
What drives every engagement is a fundamental belief: most performance problems are not training problems. Before I design anything, I diagnose. I sit with stakeholders, observe workflows, and ask the questions that surface the real gap. Sometimes the answer is a scheduling change, a process fix, or a communication breakdown rather than a course. That honesty has made my training more effective because it is always built on the right foundation.
I bring a rare combination to every project: the analytical rigor of a business analyst, the design sensibility of an instructional designer, the narrative instincts of a creative writer, and the cultural fluency of someone who has worked across finance, healthcare, technology, and public sector with bilingual capability in English and Vietnamese. I do not just build learning. I build understanding.
My purpose is simple: help people and the systems around them close the gap between what they know and what they need to do, so the next step gets easier instead of harder. That drives the training I design, the questions I ask stakeholders before I build anything, and the way I show up in every room I walk into. No matter the setting, I want the people on the other side of my work to walk away with something they can actually use.
Every tool,
used with purpose.

The tools reshaping how
we design and deliver.
The real value isn't in knowing these tools exist — it's in knowing which one to reach for, when, and why. That judgment comes from years of real-world experience across regulated industries, diverse learners, and high-stakes environments. Through active networking across business and education ecosystems, I've built a working knowledge of which AI tools deliver real value for L&D work, not hype, but hands-on efficiency grounded in academic training, professional experience, and real-world application.
AI writing assistants for content ideation, learning objective drafting, scenario scripting, and storyboard outlines. Dramatically reduces blank-page time at any design phase.
Transforms scripts into professional training videos with AI avatars, no camera or studio needed. Supports 140+ languages for global rollouts and cuts video production from days to hours.
Auto-generates step-by-step SOPs and job aids by recording your screen as you work. Ideal for technical training, captures the exact workflow and builds the guide simultaneously.
Scribe: AI Documentation, SOPs & Process Intelligence, Chrome Web Store
Built into Articulate 360, generates course outlines, quiz questions, and on-screen text within Storyline and Rise. Accelerates build time without leaving your authoring environment.
Edit video and audio by editing text, removes filler words, generates transcripts, and enables voice corrections. Ideal for eLearning narration and educational reel production.
AI video platform for interactive branching scenarios with pass/fail tracking, combines avatar-based video with decision logic for scenario-based compliance and soft-skill training.
AI-powered workspace for managing L&D projects, SME notes, storyboard drafts, and curriculum documentation, organized and shareable across stakeholders at every stage.
AI-generated presentations, infographics, and branded assets, Magic Write for copy, text-to-image for illustrations, and brand kit automation for any audience or platform.
AI transcription (Sonix) and AI voice generation (ElevenLabs) for multilingual narration, closed caption generation, and accessibility-first audio production across eLearning modules.

The same instincts.
Different rooms.
I don't fit in one box, and I stopped trying to a while ago. Some days I'm diagnosing why a training program isn't working. Other days I'm writing a poem about the same kind of ache. It's the same instinct either way, I notice what's underneath, and I try to say something true about it.
"What is your unseen weight?"
Most content asks what people know. Jenuine Curiosity Connects asks what they carry. Through candid 1–2 minute conversations with anyone willing to be real, I ask the question that rarely gets asked: what is your unseen weight?
What I've found, especially in rooms with executives, founders, and leaders, is that the people we expect to have all the answers are often the ones with nowhere to put their questions. This series is open to everyone, because the invisible things we carry are not reserved for any title or industry. It exists to normalize vulnerability, celebrate humanness, and remind anyone watching that what they feel quietly is far more universal than they think. Because when people feel seen, everything around them changes.
Poet, Writer & Storyteller
I write poetry and stories, studied both at Stanford. Spoken word, written pieces, and everyday musings live across the platforms below. Writing is how I process what I observe in the world, hoping others relate, feel validated, seen, heard, valued, and understood. The same patterns I find in organizations, I find in a stanza.
Creative Practice
I create and sell handmade stationery, apparel, and more, celebrating AAPI heritage, mental health advocacy, milestones, and holidays. Custom lunar new year lucky red envelopes spotlight small businesses and nonprofits in the AAPI community, carrying culture and legacy forward. 2,000+ sold, each one intentional.
